It's like, literally my first nutrition class today was awesome! So, we made these good looking and fresh muffins along with chocolate chips and add a bit of an extra loaf of bread. And I would say that the milk really blends well with the muffins, thank goodness we stirred it in a manner that the air were trapped in the dough and walla! Our nice fluffy muffins came out of the oven so beautifully. Indeed, I would make time out to bake again in the next end semester holiday and share the joy to everyone I love!
Sidenote: Previously, I wasn't able to focus myself in class because of some personal people issues that I have but guess what? This semester has been a great one at the start (and I hope it will continue) cause I know that God is working and progressing on my prayer request, which it worked for the first week of school. And I hope that I have self-control of myself daydreaming / fantasizing over some kind, nice guys (OK, abit not).
